Runner's Rehab - 60 minutes $80
The Runner’s Rehab session was developed to help those with disorders of the low back, hips, knees, legs and feet. It is a mix of PNF, cupping, stretching, acupressure or trigger point work depending on the client and their specific areas of need.
Some of the techniques used during a Runners Rehab session are: cross fiber friction, compression, broadening, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, cupping, acu-ball therapy, range of motion and stretching.
The goal while using cupping is myofascial decompression, improved energy flow, detoxification, swelling alleviation, and overall pain relief. The type of cupping our therapists use is moving or gliding cupping. In gliding cupping oil is used to lubricate the skin and the cups are moved either along meridians or from origin to insertion.
